This ensures that the chair is perfectly matched to the user's height and build. Fixed back chairs are not as effective at providing back support. It is important that the back of the office chair be shaped so that the user can curve their back in a natural, healthy S shape. This will allow for the user to move freely without putting strain on the neck, shoulders, or lower back.
